Sound Bath

FreeA sound bath is a meditative experience where participants may lie down or sit and listen to vibrations and sounds from crystal singing bowls to achieve a relaxed state. The goal is to “bathe” the participants in sound waves that have specific tones and frequencies that provide many positive benefits.
As the body relaxes participants may experience a shift in brainwave state from normal waking state to a dreamlike state.
Sound Baths have a positive effect on mental health, physical pain, stress, fatigue, and more.
This event is FREE.
